Changes to how you receive text messages

The way you receive your text messages from Lockfield Surgery is changing.

When the surgery sends a text message to you, it will now get sent to your NHS App first. Once received, if this message is not looked at for 60 minutes then the message will come to you via text your mobile phone number on your records. If you do not have the NHS App, the message will come through as a text as normal.

Turn on notifications for the NHS App to stay up to date with messages about your care.
